marchutan. im tempted to go farm up water spirit 2 books on my lowbie sin. those sell for 1-3mil depending if theres any on the broker or not.
retards will do anything to not have to farm for their stuff.
that may be true for books 3 and 4, but for 1 and 2?
i can spend maybe an hour or so in the water temple on my alt and farm up two book 2s and put them on the broker for well over a mil and people will buy it. every time i ran in there for Three Keys, i always saw one drop. ive even sold about 15 of them over the previous months for some spare change. hell, 20 minutes in impetesium can get you book 1 and lowbies will spend all their money on it instead of better gear.
It took me and my partner over a week to farm this up. The problem with Water 2 is that it can only be found in the Oasis in Eltnen. With the 35-40 twink sin population up on our server it was extremely difficult to farm this up. Current prices 500-800k.
The same thing for Wind 3. I never did pick this one up. After farming for several weeks dodging multiple Asmo twinks. Current prices ... 1-2million.
I have been farming for Water 3 for some time now and have all but given up on getting it. With more and more level 50 rift parties that roam around on our server, its more and more difficult to farm this. Last I checked prices on the book was 2.5-3.5 million.
My wonderful partner in crime bought me Wind 4 for 2.5 million this week. It was for sale in LFG for much less than the 4 million average AH price.
Pooky and I are Elyos. Judging from the drop mobs for most books on the Asmo side, they should have a real advantage in getting these to drop.
Lol was it only 20 hours? You spent a lot more time on that damn mesa I know.
2 and 3 are horrible drop rates, but they have the added shitfest that is the level 35-40 Sin twinks that just will toss your cookies anytime they feel like it. Alas... I would go farm water 2, but I can't get drops anymore.
yes,
fyi according to mmosite, 1.9 comes out in Korea on the 24th. Probably should see it about 2 weeks after on our servers, I'd guess.
I'll believe that when I see it. NCSoft and the Aion team have routinely taken their own sweet time with the MAJOR patch translations. Unless they have actually been paying people to translate as they go, I would guess 4 weeks. I will be pleasantly if its otherwise, but still, its a large patch with a lot of changes.
