Gonna go with no, but I haven't actually gone out and run a legitimate test.
I'm not sure what numbers you are referring to...yea, the 3.5 and 4.5k are not average by any means, but triple digits seem almost flat out impossible unless you're fighting a high defense NM while short on buffs. Also, realize that my gear is pretty close to perfect as far as Sam goes (I need a couple more items to actually 5-hit Masamune without Eve since 437 without the 7stp AM kinda sucks), but I believe my WS gear actually is perfect short of Augments. +70 STR inside Abyssea is flat out terrible...I have +83 outside without food, another +90 (50 Eve, 40 Cruor) inside. I'll definitely see "low rolls", but vs normal mobs those are generally in the 1400s. Also, realize that it's a "Damage varies with TP" weaponskill, so my first WS @ 3700 or whatever was with 300TP (and berserk and food, no outside buffs though).
Even in Ein T2 the other night with 1/2 the mobs having -50% DT (Slimes, and a Flan Boss), I still averaged in the 1600s on Fudo.
I find it unbelievable that people are still missing really good atma...they are so easy to get...
Im confused by the 700 dmg Weapon bash in that parse >.>.
3 of them so technically 233ishsh each.
Was wondering with the new atma what is a good magian Gaxe that isn't empyrean or empyrean related? Sumeru+1, 88DMG Kunlun+1, or Str Atlas+1?
I'm not on Odin but Letticia on her blog posted a pic of a MNK, Matsugen, with completed Emp. H2H: http://alfetta.blog7.fc2.com/?vcr=9b...380437d5ebefbe

If anyone can read JP, does she say anything about them?
True about the TP variance i guess i could see that causing the difference. The 70+ was of course referring only to str gained from gear, inside abyssea add another +45 from cruor buffs and the +20 from sellsword atma.
The numbers that surprised me were in that set of cropped screenshots posted not far back in this thread with the screenshot of gear used in WS next to them. 3k+ done on heqet with, as the post said, only sellsword atma is what i find amazing from what ive seen our sam do.
Yeah we are working on real atmas, but our group is only like 4 people and we can only gather for a few hours a day, so what with focusing on getting core abyssiites, peoples seals, and higher tier NM triggers its taking a while. Any strats for Eccentric Eves atma with 4 ppl? >.> Either way, hoping to 4 man and get the Bukhis atma soon and then maybe RR.
looks like the pictures are dead but here it is.
We helped with some Cholris at the beginning and after we established the strategy we just /shouted to get people for it. For Ulhuadshi we were doing it with 6 people using 2 RDMs. For the most part, these NMs can be done with 3 people + treasure hunter so it isn't too bad.
Well, not counting Bukhis.
Or glavoid for that matter...
The damage rating is a little lower than relic and compared to the other weapons it felt a little weaker but the stat mod was STR+10 so it seemed promising. With stout arm and razing ruins victory smite was doing a constant 3200~3500. This was with no support songs or rolls, He was putting out those numbers with only 1 abyssite (i guess this is stat abyssite, not really sure of the name) so you ought to be able to get even better numbers in Abyssea than that.
Time to spam chloris.
[QUOTE=Sin Harvest;4176725]This is The +1 woe version of the weapon, T3 chamber, can see a few of the other woe weapons in there too, I am very happy with the dmg this thing kicked out, if only I could have gotten fighters roll....
May you compare the damage with Spinning Slash? and that's insane weapon bash damage....Originally Posted by SinHarvest

Snow gorget, iirc.
Played around with Camlann's torment today a bit. Damage is pretty unimpressive. It really IS wheeling thrust +1.
Roughly 60-80% drakes damage OUTSIDE of abyssea, and inside, its not even close due to VV/RR.
Skillchain damage is nice but a its a perk, not a reason to use it. Not to mention a whiff pretty much reverses that effect.
115 base damage is as attractive as ever, but whether its worth it over other options or not is up to the player.
Just my 2cents.
