What damage phase was Tojil in at that time? Roughly every 25%, he'll change his damage resistances and take more or less damage from certain damage forms. Between 25% and 49%, he'll take 2x damage from Slashing damage.

I'm fully aware of the mechanics of Matamata. But let me ask you this, why didn't you bitch out the person posting the 99999 Namas Arrow a few posts earlier? If posting damage from Matamata is illegal and can cause a temporary banning from the forum, by all means someone let me know so that I can take the fucking screenshot down.

His post was the 110k barrage, which was posted for 2 reasons: it broke the dmg cap of 99999, and supposedly it went further than that and took off more damage. Your post is pretty much the same as posting a damage shot on a wild rabbit, everyone should be doing 99k nukes or WS on mata, hell my MNK crits mata for 99k sometimes.

2 million hp or so but it has a trick to it that let's you deal damage of like 20k+ per hit.

Not to rain on your parade, but I was doing over 10k ruinators with bst on tojil. So if that was with MS, it's on the low end.

No MS, but my Ruinator set isn't very good. I didn't think it was a ridiculous hit at all, given I've seen an 18k Upheaval.

Holy crap that barrage dmg... wonder if it's just a matter of the 99999 cap applying to per hit... though even then the best you should be able to do is 999,991... maybe relic procs count after idk. Wonder if it would work on multi hit ws/blu physical too As far as the actual dmg vs displayed I'd think it basically just added the hits together then rolled over at whatever the new display cap is kinda like before it would after ~64k.
