So much stupid in one article. It's pretty clear that interviews were selectively filtered just to include the most inflammatory ones. I can't believe that everyone in New York shares the opinion that every Muslim is a terrorist and that having a mosque within 2 blocks of ground zero is some kind of insult. You'd think that a few people would have the sensible attitude of not judging the many by the actions of the few.

I was as upset as anyone when it happened, but the worst thing to come from it would be more religious intolerance. But hey, this is what happens when people like Glenn Beck are allowed to toss around hate speech and play on people's fears without consequences.

Richard Dawkins doesn't have brown skin. Its easier (but even that doesn't stop people of all colors from hating one another) to hate someone that looks different than you - easier to justify the hatred, at least.
