I think it has been shown in the previews and it looked pretty similar to his original form. I think part of the issue (and something that bugs me) is his new voice. His old voice was deeper and commanding. This one sounds more scheming than commanding.

lol, nice ep, but the fight segments have been full of fail all season, everything else is well rebooted.

Gotta agree, but Jaga did say Lion-O wasn't ready, so I'm hoping that will change as he gains more experience.

Also, has there been any news on how many episodes they're planning this series to be/if it has been renewed another season or anything?

I THOUGHT that there were only 8 episodes in Season 1, but I haven't found any confirmation just yet.

Episode was freaking awesome. Is it just me, or is it in every episode they try to hyper-sexualize Cheetara lmao? Hope there's more then just one season. Would love to see some of the additional thundercats and mutants make appearances.

New Panthro doesn't really give me the impression of being black the way old Panthro did. His hairdo kind of reminds me of Hellboy.

A rather heavy use of technology in this new series, kind of refreshing to see Mumm-Ra's employment of it, though the Temple of Omens wasn't nearly as magically hidden as Cheetara's legend made it seem. A few rather technical tricks and they found it without issue. I was also interested in Mumm-Ra's flashback sequence. I'd love to see more Mumm-Ra Era history.

Over all, I wasn't terribly impressed with this episode, though, maybe it was the pacing. Something about this one felt... undeveloped.

Man, I know I had dirty thoughts about original Cheetara, and she wasn't one-half as suggestive as this new one. Whole new generation brought up fapping to cat-women.
