    Patching question

    Alright, just re-installed Aion after a hiatus and I did so through Steam. When I try and update to 1.9 from the launcher, everything goes fine during the verifying process until it hits 13%, when it tries verifying the objects/monsters/animation_animations_006 file. It gets to 97% on the file, stays there, then my computer blue screens. Any ideas to what's going on?

    You could just redownload the client with 1.9 prepatched. I'm not sure what the problem would be, but I had a hell of a time getting the game patched myself until I manually downloaded it and forced everything to update.

    Yeah, I pretty much had to uninstall using the NCSoft Launcher (as opposed to uninstalling through Steam or through Add/Remove Programs in Windows) and re-install again, this time using the NCsoft Launcher. Updated and patched without a problem. Thank you for the help.
