It came down to attendance, Verm skipped a shit load of runs because he wasn't after any gear that dropped from certain zones, and would only show up to Zhayolm and Bhaflau, and well they went to BL instead of Verm, and as with any boss drops 2 items being 100% drop at all times but random from the pool, and we usually spam the shit out of bosses when people are 2/3 he really shouldn't have been complaining about it.

Also whenever we would do events I'd always see him on WHM, he's just someone who QQs over pointless shit, and thinks that he should be getting everything right away and not needing to wait for it even tho other people are ahead of him and have been in the shell far longer then he has, it's also not worth having someone around with a pissy attitude who refuses to go jobs asked to attend events with even tho they have them geared/merited/know how to play/fit important roles, that or when he does go the job asked if it's not a job he enjoys playing he purposely does a shitty job and causes bull shit.

Anyways let me dig up some logs from the run that last took place prior to this incident that let us see what he really can act like.
