Make a lot of Bronze Nuggets. Copper x3 + 1 Tin.

Then make a lot of Bronze Arrowheads. Bronze Nugget x1

I did this until 15.

How'd you procure fire crystals? Farming them sounds like a pain, but I just spent 20min looking in bazaars and didn't see any.

I keep an eye out for them, and ask friends to do the same. I reimburse them of course. I've also traded wind for fire with a carpenterr, since they don't usually need the fire and I don't usually need the wind.

rofllemau do you mind sharing the iron synths and also the brass spatha synth recipe? I have nearly 60k gil to waste on smithing now hehe also what did you start to synth at rank 13-15+ smithing to skill up?

edit: nvm on the iron ingots i forgot i already got that synth lol but still @ the other questions

well i got tanner to 10 and still cant make buffalo leather, regular or the dyed one... if anyone was able to make them can you tell me what rank?

The thing i hate about tanning is that it take 2 water shards + 1 ice shard to make any skin into leather... ice shard are hard to come by and I'm running short, i found some in market but had to pay 40 gil each

Any skin->leather synth require them and i don't know what else to do

You can make Dodo Leather around like lvl10. Buffalo Leather is >15 I think.

"1 x Axe Haft (Base: Elm)"

I'm trying to make the bronze War Axe (Seeing your results from the Spatha I hope it's not a high level craft either).

It's a fieldcraft guildleve reward. I got mine from one of the ones in Skull Valley.

Well most of the recipes in the OP are wrong it seems.
If any one has an idea on how to make an axe, let me know.

Ingots are 6x nuggets (4 fireshards) btw.

Ive been farming fireflies and ladybugs... haven't found a decent camp for it so its mainly been standing around and provoke claiming in caves.

Chigoes apparently also drop them.

Hempen Bowstring = 4 Moko Grass, 1 Earth Crystal, 1 Lightning Shard

Hempen Halfgloves is the same as Hempen socks, but uses a wind shard additionally.

Bought a brass gladius from a JP today. He's been synthing the shit out of them but I couldnt get him to give me recipe for brass. All I seen him synth was dodo perch, leather grip wraping and brass gladius.

Fang Arrow
1 handful of fang arrowheads (12 gil from the carpentry shop)
1 handful of cock fletchings
1 bundle of arrowwood arrow shafts (3xArrowwood Branches + Wind Crystal)
1 block of animal glue
1 spindle of hempen yarn
3 shards, can't remember what type though.

Made a grand total of 3 Fang Arrows...

Its lvl 21, and has attack 75 vs bronze dagger which has 66
any idea how to make brass nuggets?
