Wtf, why are my characters gone?

It took them almost five weeks to process my restoration request, mostly because they admitted they were getting hammered with requests so much that they had people from other departments handling cases, and when they finally responded they told me "Well if you were hacked, it's not in our logs anymore since they automatically get deleted over time, and they're not there anymore, so too bad." Essentially.

I knew NC's customer service dept was crap but wow. Just wow.

When I got hax'd, it took exactly a week to get my items restored, maybe off by a few hours.

My friend keeps asking me if my items are restored yet and she then tells me how her friend called NCSoft. She told them if they didn't restore her character within the hour, her mom would pull all investments of NCSoft and they restored her items within 15-30 minutes lol.

yeah, i highly doubt that'd work, most of their employees arent really going to care about that threat. and i never had to call anyone and it wasnt a problem
