Wtf, why are my characters gone?

Deactivated my Aion for about 6-ish months and I come back and all my characters are deleted, what's going on? Can they be restored or am I fucked?

looks like you got hacked while gone, though deleting your characters is an odd thing to do. I'd send a support ticket and I'm sure it will get fixed in about 1-2 weeks.

when i got hacked it was about a week

Did you get every single thing back XD? Including Kinah, consumables, crappy stuff in warehouse.. I finally got the password reset and find a character named Koneedy on Vaizel, level 10 lol.

they were selling the stuff on my own characters but i recovered it before they could do anything. i got the stuff back that was sold, and the money for it. and the items they had disenchanted i got the enchantment stones and the gear.

ended up about +10mil for not being able to play for a week

Oh wow, thanks. I wonder why some people are saying they aren't getting any contact/restoration after 3 weeks and counting.

It took them almost five weeks to process my restoration request, mostly because they admitted they were getting hammered with requests so much that they had people from other departments handling cases, and when they finally responded they told me "Well if you were hacked, it's not in our logs anymore since they automatically get deleted over time, and they're not there anymore, so too bad." Essentially.

yeah, i was actively playing at the time and reported it within 10mins of it happening as my wife was logged on, saw me logon, looked at my desk, was confused, and came and woke me up
