30 STR is a good start, 40 is great, anything more is gravy (felt bracers).

other than that the only other slot for PGL is legs with STR/DEX which is extremely expensive or head, but unless you're going for 30+ minimum INT on head it's not worth it given AF is more than adequate.

Doesn't help that INT is also expensive.

I use Flame jamadhars, officer's cap, tabard, sash and bracelets for GC gear. Assuming max GC rank, that's some excellent gear that is "easy" to get (time being the only investment but with consistent returns).

With AF feet and HQ accessories, the only slots you are worrying about melds is hands and legs. With a simple double meld on each, I'm at 338 STR and 305 INT. I'm tempted to try to push these higher with triple melds, but advice from these forums is that it's probably not even worth the investment.

So, Reinhart translated some info on the official forums

The reason behind why battle will start with TP 1000 - Didn't like how you couldn't use WS at start of battle and it will become troublesome in PvP
The TP regen after battle is fast but balanced to where if you spam 6-7 WS it will stop
Combo will be changed so the first will only require positioning
Battle will change a lot. Specially for MNK want to say sorry

What does everyone think this last part means?
