Really tempted to start Jerome Harrison over J. Addai for week 1. I am really cold on Addai now...Colts are playing Houston and Cleveland is playing Tampa. Don't think the Bucs run defense will be instantly improved...bleh idk. Thoughts?

Harrison easily, imo. I expect him to outscore Addai regardless, but he also has a much higher ceiling. Addai never hit 80 yards rushing in a game last year and Harrison had, um... 286 in one game. Browns can run block, Bucs run D is probably still shaky, etc.

Also, Lol @ referencing the 'looked like shit in pre-season' bit. I guess the Colts are terrible since they never win pre-season games. Peyton and the gang should just hang it up now! You look like shit = suck in the regular season. Not like Donald Brown had to run behind 2nd/3rd stringers any at all or anything, or have a QB named Painter hand him the ball with the defense not worrying at all about the pass.

Well obviously team wins and losses are irrelevant, but how individual players play is in most cases. If Brown can't prove to the coaches he is a reliable blocker(which he hasn't from what I have read) in the preseason, they are going to be reluctant to use him in the regular season. We disagree on Brown is all, even if Addai does get hurt I don't see Donald Brown becoming a dynamo since that offense is built around the passing game.

I have the same 3-quarterbacks in IDP as I do BGE -- Brees-Flacco-BigBen...

Anyone else have a few players that pop up on a bunch of teams? On 8 rosters, the usual suspects are:
Bradshaw, Brandon Marshall, Knowshon Moreno, Marion Barber, CJ Spiller, Gates, Cadillac, Laurent Robinson

I have Bradshaw in almost all my leagues...same goes with Spiller.

Also, I love having Brees, even for the price I paid in BGE....but the bargain bin at QB was just stupid cheap...

My only other option is to drop Brandon Jacobs and roll with 3 RBs for the time being. MJD, Ronnie Brown, and Reggie Bush. Bush seems to do well under this scoring from past experiences.

Fuck it, dropped Jacobs for Shockey. I'll probably just drop trash TE for trash TE depending on the matchup unless I can make a trade.

Shutdown CBs aren't good for IDP though anyways since teams don't throw to em'.

BGP was my worst draft of the year hands down even though I didn't auto. My brain was just scrambled at that point.
