How exactly do I initiate repairing my own crap? Is it the same as a regular synthesis? I'm getting error messages trying to toss both items into my synth menu.

It has zero fighting.

Also, class rank 22 gave me Concussive Blow II (as opposed to a new skill). It seems to do 5-10% more than a regular swing, keeping with Conc Blow I. It is about 1.5x more flourishy than Conc Blow I.

Shell reduces Cassiopeia's TP skill by 70% for me. =x

@ghost, go to inventory, find your weapon, hit the repair button. You have to have a certain skill level to start a repair if your weapon isn't the base weapon. When I repaired the bone horas, one bone chip only resulted in 6% repair, but those horas were around 80% to begin with.

ALso has anyone come across Ice crystals at all? I've only heard from them rarely dropping from Imps during Leves and rare mining.

Has there been any testing on food effects yet? I know there's like six different kinds sold at the food guild but I haven't seen anyone mentioning any of their effects.

I tried a couple out last night, though I didn't do any serious testing. Miqo'bobs were +1 STR, mole meat was +2-3 VIT, don't remember exactly. I forgot to check whether they added directly to attack or defense, but they definitely raise base stats.
