It's going to be insane if VG turns game 2 around, but I think we're resetting to a 2 of 3 now.

Super had all his heroes banned lol.
That was brutal
Lets see if I've learned anything.
Calling this the last game, with that draft.
Yeah no commentator saw a positive in that draft, plus it's the same prophet pick that hasn't worked for them 3 games straight. VG's done.
collusion detected
It's like, you've tried this against them twice, it didn't work, do something ELSE the third go rou... motherfucker.
this is just awful
Group stage had so much hype. Main event fell flat. GG no re.
Well, Tong Fu gets it's revenge for fountain hooking.
And for a team that won $1 million per member, they aren't celebrating like crazy because I would be doing barrel rolls all over that stage.
Stream dies, sparing us the fake hype from one of the most boring TI series ever.
main event format did not help, knowing two of the top 3 and 1 of the grand finalist on the first day was just antihype
What a very boring TI in the end. China wins no matter what. Newbee doesn't care they won. It was the same picks every game. 20 minute stomps. This wasn't a good TI to hype up and show on ESPN.
The fun was over once cloud9 got knocked out.
nice after party RIP dota 2003-2014
i dont know you
None will ever be good. Even ignoring Dotas god awful spectator UI nobody without a history with dota (or at least mobas) is going to have a fucking clue what's going on. Without familiarity with a heros kit fights are completely unreadable. I'd love to see esports take off more but putting mobas or even RTS on TV is not going to pull in anyone without a history or vested interest in the genre/event. Fighting games and FPS (and I mean shit like CoD, not twitch arena shooters) would pretty much be the only thing I could see taking off at all simply because they're easy to understand. Even people without a history with gaming will very quickly pick up what's going on in a Street Fighter 4 match, even without understanding the intricacies of the game you can enjoy it. The same can't be said at all with Dota unfortunately, or even LoL which is both simpler and much more legible when it comes to aesthetics.
The noob friendly stream was actually really really good this year. Sometimes it was better than hearing the actual commentators nuthugging their favorite player for half a match.
