So what if he had some 40 yd games? He had plenty of 70-90 yard ones too. He burned the fuck out of the Saints secondary too on a triple team.

I'm not saying he's elite yet either, I agree with consistency. Not from game to game though - if he puts up 1000 yd seasons for the next 2-3 years then you can consider him elite. He's going to draw alot more coverage this year so I don't expect him to repeat 1300 but if more catches by Witten/Stonehands/Dez/Ogletree make up for it then what does it matter.

We've been through this, it's not like that though. you can't point at the 2 games of KC and Falcons as inflating his stats. Sure he put up amazing numbers those games, but he got 800 more yards over 10 other games, I think that's consistent to me.

I'll cut my Boys hate off for a second and give you the fact that he was nice the last 6 games of the season. I just think it's going overboard to assume that it'll carry over to this season. Edit: Like I was all gung ho thinking Moore would be the shit with the way he played at the end of the year last year, but now I'm pretty sure our best QB will be sitting on the sidelines. I will happily admit that I was wrong if he comes out strong again for the first few weeks this year. Until then, I have my reservations as we've seen scenarios like this played out plenty of times before.

If hes the #1 receiver he will get all the opportunities and should carry over, assuming he doesn't get hurt. He is obviously not a bad player. The first 3 years he was always hurt with a hammy or something in the preseason so they never got to see what he was capable of, then he gets stuck as the 4th receiver during the regular season and never sees the field. All about opportunity.

The Miami Trifecta of Bill Parcells, Tony Sparano, and Jeff Ireland have brought another former Cowboys' talents to South Beach.

The Dolphins acquired offensive lineman Pat McQuistan from Dallas for an undisclosed 2011 pick, according to Todd Archer of the Dallas Morning News. (It's probably a sixth- or seventh-round pick.)

McQuistan was set to make $1.1 million this year. He'll provide depth, likely as a swing tackle behind Vernon Carey and Jake Long. McQuistan can also play guard.

It's the second trade the Cowboys made this afternoon after they shipped Patrick Crayton to San Diego in a salary-related move.
