Make the default chat window size bigger (I know you can change it but it's ridiculously tiny for a social orientated game)

tbh many of the issues atm could be implemented by simple coding >_> 14 days,14 patches..I'm sure we can expect something in the upcoming 2 weeks ^^

Direct X 10+ upgrade to Crystal Tools, or at the very least a complete re-write so that it's good DX9 code.
More incentive to party.
Along with an incentive to party, balance between melee and mage, and appropriate MP recovery.
A UI that belongs on a PC (including such things as search, hardware mouse, intuitive click-driven LS/party management and loot distribution, etc.)
Streamlined crafting including recipe books that will auto-fill necessary ingredients and the ability to repeat previous synth.
A real reason to use battle regimens.
Sensible endgame progression - gear is hard but not too hard to get (e.g. no 1/300 on QQTHs), and the current crop of "good/best" gear is a near requirement to survive getting the next better tier so that the effort invested in one tier of gear isn't invalidated when the next tier is released.
Increased variety of guildleves, and additional quests (either once-offs or dailies) to supplement grinding mobs for XP. It's an MMO, so some sort of grind is going to be inevitable, and I'd ideally like a balance between quest grinding and mob grinding.
A reversal on Keepers of the Sun and Keepers of the Moon. I don't want shitty mage starting stats on the vastly better type of mi'qote.
No overkill quantity of classes, no pet jobs, and each class having something totally unique and valuable to bring to a party, endgame event, instance, or whatever, so that there isn't horrible stratification between a handful of ultra-desirable jobs and a massive pool of (potentially very fun to play) unwanted jobs.

I can shamefully admit that I can tolerate what will be the upcoming release and the following six months of unplayability, but the lack of a click-driven UI on the PC platform is inexcusable. I didn't pay for a comfortable Deathadder sliding around on a wide Steel Series mousepad just so I can play a computer game with the Tab and Enter buttons on my keyboard.

Don't want to get rid of old habits? Do XI users still prefer the keyboard-only setup? Then at least do ONE thing correctly and throw in a balanced UI that allows me to use the mouse more than 10% of the time.

A game that doesn't suck. Shouldn't be too hard to do if they put their minds together. Just give us a game that doesn't suck ass. It's all I ask.
