I'm personally finding a terrible retrieval rate on seals (0/10) so far from Cookbook quest, but have managed to isolate the timings - the ??? seem to move every 10 minutes. As stated previously, they also seem to follow the order:

Spiders -> Colibri -> Peiste -> Bugard

Cookbook was simple, but so far no seals have come from it.
The quest with filling the bag up with supplies, does this one have a chance of giving a seal as well?

Those are campaign ops or whatever. These are actual quests.

For the galka wanting sheep meat, stock up on who ever has control over Valkurm dunes highest it cost per sheep meat is 49 I think it was so it can be cheap and better than going to kill mobs.

For the cook book quest, where is the NPC? I can't find the 1st camp.

Unrelated, got medical supplies (key item) from highest level blue chest we got in xp. Random blue chest did not give it. Got sapphire abyssite of merit.

You can't complain. My quests for blm/smn in vunk take 12minutes/25 minutes each. The former being 1 per game day.

Sorry I should probably put my thoughts in one post. Last page I posted about how I was looking for pyxis or whatever. Anyway. Talk to hume guy at camp 3 (with rank3 or so fame), and he will ask for Medical Supplies from a pixys. Get a blue chest to drop and open it normally and you'll get the key item. Go back to him and get sapphire merit. It works like the konschtat quest more or less.
