I've always pondered things like this. The bulk of my college experience has been studying concepts from hundreds of years ago.

I'm going to guess the data points around age 20 (university) include calculus, differential and integral, and; differential equations, and; dynamic systems. Maybe that's just my own bias from economics where most of the math is focused on optimization, equilibria, comparative statics, and dynamics. I'm sure that in pure math, compsci, and the physical sciences there are other topics that I'm not terribly knowledgeable about.

Then there's the field of statistics, which I'm guessing is not represented.
