Has anyone tested to see if these MBB augments go beyond the cap? That might be a reason for fern for mages
Also I just got a huge lulz out of the support mage set getting blockrate for their special stat. I swear if the heavy armor doesn't too...

Strange.... this is what I got with a Taupe stone just now:
"Merlinic Shalwar", augments='"Mag.Atk.Bns."+27','"Fast Cast"+2','MND+7','Mag. Acc.+10',
It's possible that it just goes by the initial theory of "Favoring" on stones. Where you're more likely to get a higher Parameter combo with a Pellucid Stone, the other two can still aim high, just not as likely.
Has anyone seen attribute +11~ without taupe thou?
Some Familiar augments on Valorous armor (Fern mostly) :
I think they also added "busted" rolls to this system similar to the Alluvion one.
Happens when suddenly ATK, ACC etc are showing up on your mage armor that you intended to augment for nuking etc
Probably won't touch these pair of gloves again. I'll get another pair of herc gloves if I want to toy around for more augments
Are augments completely random? You could get mage stats or DD stats or ranged stats or pet stats with no relevance whatsoeaver with the current job you're on or the piece of gear you're trading?
You choose. Melee, ranged, magic, or pet.
Choices available are also based on the equipment you're using. I still need to update the OP more, but for example Herculean has four choices: Melee, Magic, Ranged, and Familiar (pet). Valorous, comparatively, only has Melee and Familiar, while Odyssean only has Melee and Magic. They do generally keep it by categories available to the jobs on each set.
My Merlin only has choices for Magic/Pet
I meant Herculean, this is why I shouldn't type just after waking up.

Has anybody done some augmenting on Colada? I'd love to know if the augments remain similar on it for Herculean armor.
Didn't keep
Spoiler: show
A friend and myself have been augmenting Colada, was gona post augments later since we only got em a couple of hours ago, but, we can say so far:
Melee:
+DMG from 1-20
+Stat up to 15
+acc and or att 1-25 (havent seen over 20 on fern or taupe, only pellucid(I dont know if this (the type of stone(or consumable(spelling?)))matters or not))
and pdt 1-4, double attack 1-3, crit rate 1-2, WSD 1-3%, store tp 1-5, enmity+ 1-3, haste 1-2%
Magic (did maybe 10 stones only)
+DMG 1-10 (didnt get higher)
+Stat 13 (15 probably)
+mab/macc 1-30 (saw maybe 28ish, definitely over 20 though)
+enhancing duration 2%,
Heard from a linkshell mate that Katana got base damage up to 20, TA, and en-stun +10, rest of the stats and buffs sounded similar to the sword.
Spoiler: show
Ok, ok... those are not legit... but i wish!
