Bendis will begin writing for DC with Action Comics #1000, he'll also be bringing his entire catalogue of creator-owned characters.

I'm really excited for this; I know he gets a lot of hate for his events and his work on Avengers, but his solo books were always exceptional. The thought of Bendis taking a stab at Superman is hugely intriguing.

Also didn't Marvel say no big events for 18 months after this because they realized people were getting event fatigue?

Oh well new EiC so I guess they gotta relaunch every title at #1 again.
