Red Mage Questions

I've been playing the game for a while and I've had my Red Mage for about 2 years. I've worked my way to have 322 enfeebling magic (no af2 hat - crimson mask). With that being said, I was wondering if anybody had a good site or more insight in regards to enfeebling/macc and what is a good balance for it sticking on ALL mobs. I duo'd Zip a day or two ago and was able to land most things on him without an issue going all enfeebling (I have no macc gear). So I guess Im trying to find something with a good balance of MND/Enfeebling/Macc. Any help/info is much appreciated.

Basicallllly...

Para/Slow: MND potency and some accuracy
Bind/Grav/etc: INT is only accuracy

Balance MND and Enfeeb/Magic Accuracy for Para/Slow, full Macc/Enfeeb for Bind/Grav (sometimes Haste/Fast Cast for recast purposes -- they have long recasts).

1 enfeeb skill = 1 macc
1 macc = 1 macc
1mnd/int = 1 macc when dMND/INT < 10, 0.5macc after
