Living Rod, how much? Last sale in Auction House in Bahamut was for 3 million. What's your opinion on price, knowing it has a supposed hidden aspir/drain boost.

thats rod is rare, i've never seen it drop when i killed it with a few bst.

what is it with people wanting to sell items just because they're expensive as fuck.. You're what, a rdm? you would benefit from this rod if it really has a hidden effect of drain and aspir.

So.. did you test it? Does it have the double drain/aspir effect?

If it doesn't, it's worthless.

If it does, prove it and people will pay big money for it.

Or, don't prove it and try to sell it for some crazy amount and end up having to set your search comments the same way for the next 3 weeks.

But, remember you will more than likely never ever have another one if you do sell it. Cool, useful, rare stuff > a bunch of common expensive gear imo.

You could probably sell it for so much that you could own a couple oil rigs in saudi arabia.

You'd never be gimp ever again in any job you choose to level, but if the effects really are double then I say keep it.

Wasnt that out before the dark staff was? I think dark / pluto staff gives a similar drain. Then again, I havent seen anyone drain/aspir with the Living rod.

RDM can't wear it, BLM/WHM/SMN(/DRK) only I think.

I was thinking if SMN can wear then maybe it doesn't double effect but rather make it non resistan with an aspirable sub? :3 would be funny to try out in dynamis as blm or someone whm/blm to see if they get the same mp a blm would. :3 hmmmm
