Neither has Unicorn.. Go check Batallia/Rolandberry.. Where ever your AFK mules sit now to avoid AH taxes for expensive armors.

Why buy the HQ versions? I was under the impression that you can't use HQ gear to synth again. ie. HQ DRG JSE -> Crimson (Blood in this case) doesn't work.

If 30 mp was "all that" Blue Cape +1 would sell more often than it already does. The kicker is the huge enmity cut.
