This released today after a long open alpha/beta period and TONS of incorporated player feedback. Kinda surprised not to find a thread.
Developed by Frontier, the team that did all the heavy lifting for Atari on Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. Atari released RCT World yesterday, but fans of the theme park sim genre consider Planet Coaster the true RCT3 successor much in the same vein of Cities: Skylines > Sim City reboot.

Today's Launch Trailer:
- Supports full 2160p @60hz.
- Dozens of new coaster, flat ride, kiosk, and stall types.
- Thousands of new individual static/interactive theming and scenery elements.
- Spline-based ride and path construction + an advanced new terraforming tool, makes for easy tunneling and tons of placement/head-clearance on construction elements.
- Advanced new park management system, including new employee types, costs, expenses, revenue channels, etc.
- Online park co-op (let your friends play your custom scenarios/build a park together).
- Available for download from Steam, so has the full backing of the mod community. Hell, the above launch trailer features all fan-submitted parks and rides, not in-house Frontier creations.
I could go on and on, but here's some more beautiful examples of what this game can do over its predecessors. Some of the beta testers are very talented:
