Introducing E3 Coliseum

We are excited to announce that the ESA and E3 are teaming up with producer Geoff Keighley (The Game Awards) to introduce the E3 COLISEUM, a spectacular main stage that brings video game fans closer to their favorite games and creators.

The E3 COLISEUM takes place on June 13th and 14th at The Novo at L.A. Live.

Inside the E3 COLISEUM, video game’s biggest fans, developers, and special guests come together to celebrate the world’s most powerful form of entertainment in expected and unexpected ways. The world’s top video game developers will take E3 attendees behind the scenes of E3’s biggest new announcements, and special guests will celebrate video games’ role in influencing their work and popular culture. Programming will include appearances by visionary game creators as well as celebrated talent from the film, TV, music, and other entertainment industries. Publishers scheduled to host panels include Activision, Bethesda Softworks, Microsoft, Gearbox Publishing, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Square-Enix, Ubisoft, Warner Bros. Part of me is wondering what Nintendo has up their sleeves, to be quite honest. I have a feeling they are buoyed internally by a stronger than expected Switch launch and are willing to play more than a few aces to keep that momentum running.

Is all we should hope for when it comes to SE. Just about gave up on anything KH3. I'm convinced it's the ultimate vaporware. >_>

If Switch keeps it going, they'll probably have best of show doing not much at all.

SE needs to make announcements this year... the really only have three unreleased titles: FF7R, KH3, DQ11... we have to get some announcements of smaller titles...

Nintendo's E3 says 2017 so I really doubt anything all that exciting will be announced. They already have Fire Emblem Warriors, Mario and Xenoblade 2 this year so must I can see is some other Wii U games being ported.

Lets not forget the last few years Nintendo really hasn't announced much at E3.

I'm more hoping for KH3 news. There was a rumor/leak to that effect recently (Salt that heavily guys! Rumors always need a heavy grain of salt), said rumor gave the impression that they were tightening up the game/figuring out what needed to be cut, etc right now and there would be something at e3. (Was in spanish with a horrible translation, people panicked at first thinking they were going to cut whole worlds n'stuff like that. Nope, it's likely to be some cut content they didn't have time for.)

I can find the link to the KH Insider thread if people are curious but I'd be happy with a trailer then; any announcement of a release date would be gravy. Same with the FF7 remake, tho that..I'd want to see some reviews before I buy. KH3 in 2018, hopefully?

-PS4-PC integration. Kind of like how Microsoft has been porting games to PC.
-KH3 game play, trailer, new song, release date, etc...
-Final Fantasy Tactics Advanced 3
-Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars 2
-Uncharted: The Movie starring Nathan Fillion (after he's lost a bit of weight and gets ripped like the 300 cast)
-Vega

What they will probably give us:
-New SpongeBob Squarepants VR game
-An announcement saying that they are diligently working on KH3
-New KH game for iOS/Android
-New AAAA titles. Triple-A is so 2010. Quad-A 4k? I dunno...

I'm not getting my hopes up for seeing much of KH3. Most we'll get is another short teaser that ends with the standard "Now in Development".

I expect absolutely no release date, and probably just limited teaser trailers if anything at all, on KH3 until FF7's remake has at least released one part.
