i dont think officially, just checked the square-enix site and it has a countdown of like a day and half as of now.

so if someone hasnt got a version somehow it will be everwhere in a couple days.

I looked for it on some torrent sites and I couldn't find it. :\

I got a torrent of it, but it always says "Rejected by tracker"

I don't know. I got it from a friend and he said his was going at 120Kbps, I try it and get some lame ass error saying, "Aborting the torrent as it was rejected by the tracker while not connected to any peers. Message from the tracker: unregistered torrent."
