Probably be the highest DD in the game...you're not exactly exploiting any TP floor with excalibur in hand, but you don't need an A+ skill in sword to be dishing out the Damage proportional to HP. The more I think about it, the sicker the thought becomes... It'll never happen, most likely, but a THF with potential to deal 500+ damage in a non SATA round every... like... 3 seconds... I'd 'lol' to see a SATA hit with the Add effect proc. Sick.
