    Food Guide

I have normally always used *insertwebsitethatisnowstealingyourgilz* for the food guide that was available on there. However due to the current events am not willing to risk it even though I'm on Firefox.

Have tended to head for the meat option as I tend to be hitting well enough at the moment especially with Zanshin and the Dex bonuses.

Is there any other good food guide available out there, as I'm at 68 SAM, I have now bypassed the cap on the foods that I traditionally used.

    Cheers,

Either Yellow Curry or Coeurl Subs. Somepage has the coeurl from 326-375 attack and the curry from 376-465, but I'm not sure why since they are both 20% with a cap of 75@375, and they both give STR +5.

Edit: Carbonara is 1 less STR and 17% attack (cap of 65@382), but does have Store TP +6, which you might care about. The subs are stackable food, though, which has its advantages.

    Re: Food Guide

MysteryTour is not bad, but it's still not really a guide; it leaves some of the math to you by not listing the base attack at which the cap for each food will be reached, and the information is only sorted by potential attack boost. So it doesn't really answer the question "Here's my attack; what is most optimal for me to eat?" While it's true Somepage hasn't been updated in a while, I can't think of anything they've left out (Sis Kebabi isn't really better than any of the alternatives, and is too expensive in comparison now thanks to the economy shift, although I guess if the AH runs out of other food you can still get it).

I will say, though, that M&P Chicken is crazy if those stats are correct.
