Might play into the "Kameo" system; Scorpion can have a Kameo (assist) of Sub Zero, and vice versa. They might need similar looking characters to pair up; which is why Johnny Cage is getting a JCVD skin.

Have I played different games or something? I don't think I've gotten a feeling of laziness or trash from NRS since they rebooted. Didn't always agree with their decisions, but I thought games and story were always had plenty of quality and spectacle.

And welt is talking about animation specifically, because NRS has always had super whack animations in game, which is not a good thing for fighting games.

Ah the competitive scene. I'm unobjectively terrible at fighting games so I've gone into them just wanting to see characters get merced in story sequences and their games have been hitting all the right buttons for me on that front.

I wouldn't even say it's from the competitive viewpoint, you don't have to take the game seriously to see that the animation is and has always been ass.

Ugh, don't say that as I'm switching to PC for my fighting games. Fucking input lag from previous TV's have completely ruined my motion memory as is, so been having to relearn.

I'm just straight up not buying any PC versions of anything anymore if it's available on consoles until devs actually start giving them more attention. I'm just waiting for the inevitable bug laden posts with each new AAA game released.

Wait 6 months and buy it when it's (more) fixed and $30 less.

I will more than likely wait til a definitive edition of this as NRS usually pumps out 2-3 passes worth of shit. I really enjoyed the story/krypt of MK10/11 but I learned my lesson buying in new at 9.

As previously confirmed, two of the game’s three editions include a Kombat Pack offering early access to six new playable characters, among other features.

The identities of these characters have now seemingly been revealed ahead of schedule by an Amazon Italy product listing.
The DLC fighters will be Quan Chi, Omni Man, Ermac, Takeda, Peacemaker and Homelander
