Outpost Warp + Explorer Moogle NPCs Borked?

I talked to the Outpost Warp NPC in Sandy, and the prompt does not come up, making me force DC so i can do anything. This has happened about 5 times in the last 24 hours, plus once with the Explorer Moogle. Anyone else having this issue?

I blame Mumor, although Ullegore is probably behind it.

This has been happening to me ever since update but only when im on ps3. Sometimes takes up to 5 mins for NPC to give any options.

This happens to me on my PS2 all the time. Going into first person and looking at the ground seems to help.

I have the same issue (PS3). It looks like a PS-onry issue. I would call a GM, but they'll direct me to five websites I'm too lazy to go to (Preposition...).

All those 400 dollar computers have integrated G-cards. No they can not play FFXI at full settings, let alone have full shadows on with weather.

I've had this problem occur several dozen times to me as well. Ps2 player. It seems to happen nearly every single time after I npc something or get signet. If I do neither while I'm in the zone (I have north sando homepointed), the OP npc won't hang, or at least, hangs a lot less often. This goes for the whitegate warp npc as well.

On the ps2 complaint: it's just more convenient for me. I have a crappy laptop that can just barely play this game at all but does everything else I want just fine, so I play the game on ps2 instead (been playing this way since mid 2004 or so). Plus it lets me sit back on my bed, chillin out, maxin', relaxin' all cool, an' all shootin some B-ball outside of the school, when a couple o' guys who were up to no good, started makin' trouble in my neighbourhood, I got in one little fight and my mom got scared, she said 'You're movin with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air!'

I have multiple PCs that can play FFXI and I still enjoy my PS2 on occation. If it had a range finder and less restricting macros I'd use it a majority of the time. The graphics are terrible but after 8 years of seeing the same shit does it really matter?

Yes. Hell, I play SNES and NES games still and doing so in the original resolutions without emulators to make them look a bit more rounded and less blocky is essential to keeping me from turning it off. It's a visual medium.

Of course, in FFXI, I am mostly just staring at my party's HP bars, the chatlog, and/or my Utsusemi counters, so I suppose matters slightly less.

I get this all the time, also happens when I go to get a chocobo in one of the cities. I play on ps2 because my laptop cannot handle it. Would I like to play it on an amazing PC with beautiful graphics and unlimited macro lines? Of course I would, but money for a gaming rig right now just isn't there so I will settle for my lolps2, the added bonus of Nerdrage from the likes of shepard is just gravy.

I get similar issues from the Sanction guy in Whitegate and the Coin guy in Whitegate sometimes. It basically just has a chance to happen high-traffic zones with NPCs that are used frequently.
