Those were rookies, though they were able to benefit by getting their bag without playing a snap. Meant more established players already in the league, sign a big extension or free agent contract, then disappear.

i understand hester is the best return specialist of all time but his overall numbers outside of “most return touchdowns” are still pretty bleh (less than 40 career tds overall, yardage numbers are meh even looking at special teams, yes i know teams avoided kicking to him)

There aren't many on that list that have the accolades he does and it's a fucking travesty he wasn't in about 5 years ago.

Anyway, Hamlin is apparently able to communicate through writing. He asked who won the game. That's about as good a neurological sign as you're gonna get.

That's really great news. I just read not long ago that the docs think his neurologic fuction has not been affected.

I would love to see him walk out of the hospital in a couple weeks under his on power.. sratch that. Be wheeled out. It's policly!
