1) Talk to Upper Jeuno NPC Dancers
2) Head to Grauberg (S) Witchfire Glen (F-5) Click ??? for fight
3) "Read" the permanent key item "The Essence of Dance"
4) Return to Upper Jeuno NPC Dancers

Same game day, zoning did not trigger next quest.
Valeriano's troupe did not trigger next quest.
