Max jetton rate?

I recently took up Pankration for the first time in an effort to cheaply get enough jettons to support my zeni farming. I've currently got a level 16 bunny (Attack +15% innate, Attack Bonus, Neutral Attack Bonus, STR+25) which is consistently beating the random opponents the game picks for me, but even at 100 jettons/fight my rate is maxing out at about 700-800 per hour in the Annihilation cage.

My goal is to be able to get at least 2k zeni (Hopefully more like 3k) in around an hour, so that I can devote a minimum of time to this but be able to support buying a Soultrapper 2000 most days so I can head out early in the afternoon (Zeni mobs tend to stay the same all day and then change in the late evening) and get around 4k in an hour's time. Is this kind of jetton rate going to be doable with a mediocre mob (And if so, is there anything I need to be doing?), or am I going to have to train up a champion-caliber mob to be able to do this without spending 4-5 hours a week in the cage?

2k in an hour is almost impossible. Someone Could time this, but from submitting to end of a match is about 6 minutes. If you had a champion in the pit, each match being 3 mins, thats 20 wins per hour, which might net you 2k if noone trains their low level pets.
