keyboard lagging while playing with windower, works fine in non windower

i've been gone a few months and when i came back 3 days ago i started noticing my keyboard lagging. it only happens while using windower. what happens is i go to type something (even while typing this), or i try to move and it takes for ever to register in game. and sometimes its like i'm holding a key down even though my hands are off the kb.

anyyone know what could be causing this? i havent downloaded any knew plugins or addonssince i came back

Do you have the manufacturer's software/driver installed for the keyboard (Logitech, etc) or is it the default one Windows stuck with it?

i figured it out,sort of. having 6 windows open is using up my cpu which is what was causing the lag. i had to change the resolution size for 4 of the windows to reduce cpu usage but now i can't see much lol ; ;
