Week 10 is here. Basically the halfway point for most teams (or slightly more.)
Wondering what you guys think about the season as a whole with the whole Covid shit.
Wondering who are your major award winners at this point

David Carr for voting for his brother in the current runnings for MVP. I haven’t seen much of the raiders play this season but that was wholesome as hell lol.

i wonder why you made this thread on a wednesday
Anyways, I dont have a good grasp on the DRotY or DPotY
DRotY, I'm gonna homer it and say Jeremy Chinn.
Coach otY, Flores in Miami is a solid candidate. Miami actually looks p good when theyre still in sorta tank mode.
ORotY, I feel like is Herbert atm. He's been nothing short of outstanding. Burrow definitely deserving of attention as well. The RBs+WRs have had flashes, but theyve been inconsistent.
OPotY, I could see this going to Cook. He's been so damn good. Kamara will get consideration too, deservedly.
MVP (aka the QB award), I feel like its going to go to AR12 or RWils...but RWils has had some bad games. I feel like Tannehill should get consideration but who knows if he will.
Most disappointing team, I feel like a few could go here. Minnesota, Philly, Dallas, Atlanta, San Fran
Most improved, Miami, maybe PIT, Vegas
Superb Owl favorite, I dont know if there is one. KC looked vulnerable against CAR and Herbert in his 1st start, plus loss to OAK. PIT is undefeated but almost lost to a ravaged DAL and has had multiple close games. GB has looked a bit inconsistent. I dont trust the NFCS teams (NO/TB) and SEA's def is obviously garbage
mvp: mahomes could win it since russwils been slipping. ar12 will get some love too. maybe watch kyler murray as a long shot
OPOY: probably cook right now. not really sure what other rb could go here (maybe henry with a strong finish). if one of the above qbs has a good finish but doesn’t win mvp they might get this for pity (watch murray again?)
DPOY: if no one really stands out then it’s aaron donald again
OROY: herbert over burrow now
DROY: not sure but probably that guy winfield on the bucs. chase young has been okay but eh
comeback: big ben “should” win it but alex smith gonna yank it if he plays in like 6 total games
coach: id like to see someone like flores/kingsbury/mcdermott win (or maybe even lafleur?), but if the Steelers go like 14-2 or better tomlin will win
also the eagles are winning the super bowl
anyway
he’s 100% gonna get hurt between today and sunday
the only possible good thing about alshon is his contract is up and he has no choice but to at least try to play well and make money next year somewhere else

I feel like Tomlin gets unfairly snubbed for COTY because of how long he’s been successful. My vote is for either Flores or McDermott. Miami has been a lot of fun to watch for a team still in a “rebuild” mode.
Btw, sounds like CMC may not play the rest of the year. He needs a few weeks at least, amd at that point they don't see the need to risk it.
I'm liking this coaching staff more and more every day.

Oh yea, I forgot Comeback. I think it should have been Ben, esp with his record...but if Alex Smith plays the rest of the season, its going to be him
maybe he’ll die
maybe we'll all die
I miss Carl's Stone cold lock of the century of the week
Yall ever run out of immediate shit to do at work, but need to be there, so you waste time googling exactly how bad your teams big money players are by looking up their PFF grades and be both vindicated that your eyes aren't lying to you about how shit they are while also become depressed knowing they'll be on the team for years to come. This has been my morning.
