Looking for a Seedbox Share

Our dearly beloved Blab is stepping down as a shareholder in the SB he, Epical, and I share. That said, he has graciously volunteered to continue being our liason with OVH. We are, therefore, looking for someone to take his spot.

Things you should know:
-Box is completely managed by us. I'll be taking care of administrative stuff (you need a restart on webUI, or what not)
-Running uBuntu, VNC, and uT.
-Uploads are done completely through the easy to use uT webui.
-Hosted on a 100mb dedicated connection.
-OVH is widely regarded as the best SB provider in the world.
-We absolutely do not condone the illegal distribution or duplication of copyrighted material!

What you get:
-500gb of space
-"unlimited" torrents (we try to stay around 25 just to make things easy on the box, but Epical and Blab are loserfaces who are always way above that [50+] and it is almost always not a problem)
-Other cool prizes

-Terrabytes of buffer on even the most exclusive, hardest to seed sites.
