Realistic things I've heard from chat translators:

(none of these should be construed as fact until proven to be so or slycer wakes up or some shit)

PVP Action points saved per jobs being looked into

Starting in a random base in Frontlines being looked into

No plans to have a gear-progression version of Frontlines. (however they are aware PVP gear is worthless atm)

Glamours will be allowed in Frontlines in 2.35?

Thinking of ways to extend Hunt fights and adjust beyond simply increasing HP

Will continue to add rewards to Hunts? but not initially cuz too many people as is

not gonna separate oil/tomestone from ct armor in terms of lockout

premade ct alliances in 2.35

next tier of ct is last etc etc

next 24-man raid tier will be "original" to ffxiv ?

They're going to add more interesting items into dungeons as rewards
gonna adjust it so gear drops more than craft mats?

something about magic vs phsyical dps and adjustments

Apparently the octopus head in Hullbreaker is making a comeback some time

increasing rewards from daily hunts and adjusting FATEs

coil party set up (2 tanks 2 heals 4 dps) won't change like the crystal tower setup did

Q20: Are there any plans to implement additional costumes and hairstyles of previous FINAL FANTASY series characters similar to Lightning and Snow?

A20: While I can't say too much, let’s just say you will be able to obtain a costume for a certain famous FF character by completing certain content in a certain patch!

Gee, I wonder who they could possibly be talking about with this? Probably not what most would think, since we don't have great swords (yet).
