Big Bomb or broken?

Tried farming Big Bomb right now, killed without problmes pre-update (trio rdm thf nin), today resisted slow like crazy (top duration didn't break 1:30), rdm has 8x enfeebling, 5x slow, chapeau, etc...
Firaga always landed for full damage even with 190ish fire resist.

We fought on earthsday, so neutral element. Gave up on 3rd wipe :/

Anyone noticed something wrong with slow?

anyway, i was on rdm and my slow 2 lasted:

02:26:29 The Big bomb is slowed.
02:27:57 The Big Bomb's slow effect wear off.

02:28:05 The Big bomb is slowed.
02:29:34 The Big Bomb's slow effect wear off.

02:29:42 The Big bomb is slowed.
02:31:20 The Big Bomb's slow effect wear off.

last time we did this my slow lasted about 2 mins and 30.

I think slow in general got a bit of a nerf, intentional or not. Someone in the advance discussion was talking about how elegy wasn't working well with Cerb.

all your slow are half resisted, max duration is 3min
