PSU just looks like a prettier PSO from that movie. While that's great and all (and really all you get out of new games these days), I hope they add more variety in their latest installment. I got bored of fighting the same monsters in the same zones on higher and higher difficulties in PSO.

I wish PSU didn't have a monthly fee, it doesn't fee MMO'ish at all to justify the price. I'll probably play for a little bit just because of RL friends but its really just diablo++ with hubs.

PSU is in closed beta atm, JP release is 31 of this month and US is oct 31, they recently released a PS2 playable demo in both JP and NA, but only very few got it in NA.
