About a week ago I needed a pair of leather gloves as a ingrediant for a synth. my leather = 8 which is high enough to make them. I buy the materials craft and low and behold leather gloves +1 my first time to HQ on a tier0 craft..... oh and to top it off of course leather gloves +1 are not what I needed for the recipe. So yeah i can just feel the love from the crafting gods right now -.-;

You can buy leather gloves from the armor merchant of your favorite town for around 350 gil.

Sell your HQ gloves then buy like 5 pairs from the NPC.

Or get gsmithing to 100 and start making triton rings to know the true pain of useless HQs.

Really, hqing leather gloves is pretty damn trivial, esp when you can buy them lol.

lol i bought a peace cape +1 off AH for like 9m a couple months back, i've had alot of people tell me "i'm sorry you HQ'd" hahaha

Personally I've never made the synth, I find someone (that I can trust) around low 90's CC and pay them to do it.

I HQed a Chocomilk once while skilling up on them, at two levels below the cap without guild support. I carried that stupid thing around in my bazaar for like a month as a good luck charm...It didn't work. Sure was tasty in the end, though.
