LS forums and DKP

I'm creating a dynamis LS and a Sea LS and would like to implement a DKP system to keep track of everything. However, I'm having problems locating a free host that will give me the ability to edit SQL and a few other things.

Is there one?

You can possibly host one on your local machine, and let people access it (using an IP address only). I can't think of any free ones on the top of my mind right now.

Yep, it's pretty hard to find a free webhost that also provides SQL -AND- PHP for you.. for free. It's almost as bad as trying to get defending ring to drop.

Look for some connections, like friends of friends or something, worst case scenario it only costs you like what, under $~7/US average a month for a webhost?

Try freehostia.com. They give access to an sql database and I believe they have php support also.

google docs spreadsheet works in a pinch
easily sharable with specific/all people for rw/ro access

This is what I've used for about a year. It's down due to maintenances quite a lot sometimes, but everything else have worked flawlessly.

Well all the free ones I can't seem to get FTP access, so is there any forum anyone would recommend to purchase subscription from?

Found something you could be potentially use:

BlackAppleHost | Free Web Hosting | 5000Mb Space, 20000Mb Bandwidth

Seems a bit too good to be true, but upon registering you get your own sub domain: "(name).blackapplehost.com"

But nothing seems suspicious on the site. Give that a go first.

EDIT: You get FTP access and MySQL/PHP stuff
