Puppetmaster Stats Bug?

I am unsure where to put this thread, so I'm going to play safe and ask the question here first.

I first performed a search but I did not find the answer to this question.

Has any puppetmaster noticed a weird stats bug for your automaton? I am using an animator+1 and when I load my automaton with parts, I noticed that with some order, it generates weird bonus stats on my screen. For example, I will put on Attuner and then Tension Spring II and I will notice a bonus of +6 VIT and +4 AGI added. After I activate my automaton, the stats will still be present. However, when I zone or use a maneuver, they will disappear.

I wonder if this is a bug or do automaton parts have specific stats boost in them?

This bug has been there since PUP was first released. I am unsure if they actually do anything. But I did notice they were annoying to try and purposely get, as I tried way back then.
