They are fake, but nicely done (except the obvious man-in-mirror things like above ^_^). Check some of the normal forest shots and look around in the trees, you might have to save the pictures and blow them up a bit in photoshop. You should see some eyes starin at ya and some other kinda strange things.

Of course they were doctored, but eventually the posts lead to some hilarious replies from the cretins that post on a GTA forum. It was classic. One guy was convinced that there were 'spider-monkeys' (or spider-bats or something) which were 2 metres across lurking in the trees. Oh it was awesome. It was ownage on a forum even more retarded than the likes of allakhazam.
