Right click not working right

I've had this problem in the past but not sure what to do about it. It seems to randomly do this where I can't click and move Firefox or any game,WAR or WoW, for example where I can move the camera the cursor will blink but I can hardly move the screen at all. If I try to move it it'll move for a little bit and I've restarted an hour ago and no go.

Try a different mouse to see if it's a hardware or software problem.

Go me. I meant LEFT not right ,hurrr, but it's working now but I still want to know why this shit happens it seems to be a monthly or weekly problem sometimes.

Edit: Oh you mother fucker it's started to mess up again after I got all happy and shit.
