HPs really funky DPI and how to change it back.

I have an HP laptop (as mentioned in a previous thread when I was trying to sell it), their default install of windows has a really funky large DPI that makes the close buttons bigger than normal, I've tried going in and changing the DPI to a smaller one and it doesn't help at all. Heres a picture:



I want this set to windows default settings but I can't exactly figure out how.

Anyone experience this before?
