So my car got towed tonight and i'm a little frustrated, and oddly enough as were the cops...They told me that the towing company has never towed cars from this place and that there signs are pretty shitty and i should try to see if they did anything wrong to take them to court on. After a good amount of time googling i couldn't find much info on what justifies a proper tow, anyone here with input?
Essentially it was one plaza next to another with a sign on the building to the far left, another sign on a parking spot on the far left, and nothing on the right side at all. We parked on the right side, so is it justifiable to say theres no warning on that side that would provide fair warning, making the towing unjustified?
What are rules for sign placement and what needs to be said on signs? If they are covered or out of view does that effect anything?
