building a budget ffxi PC

I'm looking to build a decent PC for ffxi, preferably something that can max out graphics on it through registry tweaks.
i want it to be barebones, it will specifically be made to play just ffxi, but there is a catch, i want to play it on a LCD tv, preferrably through hdmi.

i have a case waiting, i just need the rest of the crap.

my immediate budget is $500, but if i pace out until december i can probably reach $1k
