Seedbox Questions

So I'm looking into getting a seedbox. I could sign up with OVH (I've got friends in Europe), but I read that if more than 80% of your bandwidth goes out of Europe, they permanently throttle your BW down to 1-4mbps. I'm currently looking at leaseweb and a dedicated, metered package (http://www.leaseweb.com/en/products/ded ... ckages/36/).

Questions I have:
How concerned should I be that the default caps at 2TB of BW per month?
How crucial is a good processor?
Any other tips/suggestions?

I would just get a 10mbit unmetered box.

BitTorrent clients on linux aren't particularly demanding. You shouldn't need an extremely powerful CPU unless you have other plans for the machine.
