Post whatever you want but myself, Ondori, Ed, or Twentytwo will nazi your posts if they're inappropriate. This threshold of inappropriateness is insanely liberal so don't worry about speaking your mind and all that jazz, but some examples of stuff not to post are:
-pointless polls. if polls continue to be raped they'll be disabled
-any pictures that are not work safe. links are ok but please don't post pictures of multiple mithras with penises using the img tag
-stupid stuff like quoting quotes for 2 pages. this will be warned on a case by case basis I guess.
