Does anyone know where this is from and how the latent is activated?


I have seen a few in bazaars and they are non-rare/ex. A couple have sold on the Ifrit AH, but I have been unable to get information out of the sellers.

I was going to ask what kind of idiot would make a ring with +30 MaxMP on it activated by low HP, but it's just stupid enough to be true.

I would suspect (from the name) that it's area or region based. With Sanction/in Aht Urghan areas? Astral candy sense must be in Al Zhabi? Those would be the most obvious things to test.

The latent is +30 mp. Getting +30 mp mid fight is pretty worthless.

Using the name as a hunch, I'm gonna try it on a BRD with White Mage sub.

EDIT: So yeah... Subbing WHM activates the latent.

I only know that it is from an ISNM, but not which one.
